Payment in full is required when you pick your pet up.
However, a booking deposit is required for bookings during the period 15 December to 15 January and payment in full when you bring in your pet.
There is a $6 per dog,per day and $4 per cat per day ,statutory holiday surcharge on Public holidays.
A full day is charged for your drop off day, irrespective of the time you arrive.
If you pick up your pet before 11am, there is no charge applied for that day.
There is a $1.00 per day charge for administering medications, for dogs or cats.
Vet Transportation (round trip) $20.
